Shipping policy

Please note: Your VonPoku bicycle will arrive partially assembled in a secure box. For your safety and to ensure the best riding experience, we highly recommend that final assembly is completed by a professional bike mechanic.

Delivery time: Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Your order will arrive 5-7 business days after the order is shipped. It will be shipped from our warehouse located in Toronto, Canada.

Missing order confirmation: If you submitted an order with us, but didn’t receive an order confirmation, it’s possible that your email address was entered incorrectly. Please get in touch with us at info@vonpoku.com to confirm that your order has been received.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses: Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be returned to us. If reshipment is required, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping fees.

Order tracking: You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Kindly ensure no emails are redirected to your junk folder.
