Yes, our bikes come partially assembled. To ensure a safe and smooth ride, we recommend having the final assembly done by a professional. This includes attaching the front wheel, handlebar, and seat post. Trust us—it’s worth it to ensure everything is perfectly aligned for your ride!

Our bicycles are shipped from our Toronto, Canada location.

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Your order will arrive 5-7 business days after the order is shipped. It will be shipped from our warehouse located in Toronto, Canada.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Simply use the provided tracking link to follow your bike’s journey to your doorstep!

If the status of your track and trace hasn’t changed after five business days, please contact us. We will get in touch with the transport company in order to open an investigation. Please note that investigations might take a few days.
