Is assembly required for the bicycles?
Yes, our bikes come partially assembled. To ensure a safe and smooth ride, we recommend having the final assembly done by a professional. This includes attaching the front wheel, handlebar, and seat post. Trust us—it’s worth it to ensure everything is perfectly aligned for your ride!
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within Canada. We’re working on expanding our shipping options to other countries soon! Stay tuned, and don’t hesitate to reach out if you have a specific request—we love to hear from our community!
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your bike as much as we do! If, for any reason, you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. How long does it take for my order to arrive and how can I track my order?
Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Your order will arrive 5-7 business days after the order is shipped. It will be shipped from our warehouse located in Toronto, Canada.
